Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at drippin! We want to ensure that your shopping experience is seamless and reliable.

1. Delivery Time:

  • All orders are shipped via standard courier services (like PostEx / Leopards).

  • Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days across Pakistan.

2. Shipping Charges:

  • Standard shipping charges of Rs. 200 apply to all orders across Pakistan.

3. Open Parcel Allowed (Check Before You Pay):

  • Customer trust is our top priority. We allow our customers to open the parcel at the time of delivery to check the quality before handing over the cash to the rider.

  • If the product does not meet your expectations or if you are not satisfied, you can return it right away to the delivery rider without paying anything.

4. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is dispatched, we will share your tracking ID via WhatsApp or Email so you can easily track your parcel.
